This Privacy Policy explains how EasyFixOregon LLC (“EasyFixOregon”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit easyfixoregon.com, book a service, chat with our AI assistant, call, text or email us.
Information we collect
- Contact and service details you give us: name, phone number, email, service address, appliance details, photos and a description of the problem.
- Communications: calls, text messages, emails and chat messages with our team or our AI assistant, Sarah. Calls and chats may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve service.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
- To schedule, perform and follow up on repairs, and to send estimates, invoices and receipts.
- To communicate with you about your appointment by phone, text and email.
- To ask for feedback about your service.
- To keep records required for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will send messages about your service — appointment confirmations, reminders, technician-on-the-way notices, estimates, invoices, receipts and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
AI assistant
Sarah is an AI assistant that answers questions and books appointments by chat and phone. Conversations are stored with your customer record so our team can help you and pick up where you left off.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example scheduling and messaging, phone, email, payment processing and hosting providers — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep records for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop non-essential messages, by emailing info@easyfixoregon.com or calling (971) 293-5646.
