What the service call covers
- The trip to your home anywhere in our service area
- A full diagnosis by a manufacturer-trained, insured technician
- A clear repair price before any work begins
- Credited toward the repair when you approve it during the visit
Larger repairs
When a repair needs parts ordered — a compressor or sealed-system repair, for example — we send a written estimate you can review and approve online. Parts are paid for when you approve the estimate so we can order them right away.
Good to know
- Same price whether you pay by card or cash.
- Warranty: 90 days on labor and 90 days on parts we supply.
- If you decline the repair, the service call covers the visit and diagnosis.
- If no adult is home to let the technician in at the scheduled time, the service call fee still applies.
- A different appliance or a different problem is a new service call.
